The first shows the bedroom window from the outside, the second shows the inside, with the airconditioner etc. The third shows a bit more of the room, including the molten plastic on the fan (no, that's not modern art!). Sorry for the darkness of the picture - the window was in the way. Finally, the forth picture is an attempt to show the sud in the hall way. You should be able to make out black cobwebs and blackened ceiling.
